Heyyyyy Batter, Batter, Swing! Calling all public insurance adjusters.

The Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters will host the 2015 Spring Training Conference and now is the time to sign up. Educational courses will be held on Monday, May 18 and Tuesday May 19, but come early for Sunday Funday. FAPIA hosts its golf tournament at the beautiful Diplomat course in Hallendale. Or join in on the 2nd Annual Kayak Adventure and experience the beautiful scenery of Oleta River State Park with safari guide Adrian Nieman Arkin.

The courses run Monday and Tuesday at Kovens Conference Center FIU North Campus. Be sure to make the Keynote address by Simon Blank, Director of the DFS Division of Fraud, and hear more about how FAPIA is now working directly with the Florida Property and Casualty Insurance Fraud Task Force. The Association will play a key role in helping to develop a new consumer pamphlet from the task force for distribution across the state. This is the first time that a consumer oriented group has participated in the task force made up primarily of government employees, lobbyists, and insurance company SIU Department personnel. Director Blank has welcomed FAPIA to the task force and encouraged the participation.

First up—and sure to knock one out of the park—will be Chip Merlin with his presentation, Actions Speak Louder than Words.

Jean Niven along with Gina Clausen Lozier will teach Getting the Facts – Questions that are Critical for your Claim Consultation. Sure to be a homerun class.

The full agenda of courses is available here.

Now is the time to both register and lock in your discounted hotel room at the Residence Inn Marriott, just a short drive to the convention center.

More vendor and sponsorships are still available.
