The Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters will hold an education-packed one day conference on Friday, April 26, 2012. All public adjusters and apprentices licensed in Florida will receive 6 public adjuster specific continuing education credits for attending this one day seminar.

Open to members and non-members, this affordable conference will feature a live legislative update and a keynote address given by noted author and attorney, Jay Feinman. In 2010, Feinman published the book Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About It. Feinman is a Rutgers insurance law professor and gave an interview to our very own Chip Merlin shortly after the book was released.
