The First Party Claims Conference (FPCC) will be hosting its annual meeting in Warwick, Rhode Island from October 19-21, 2015.

For those who are unfamiliar, “FPCC is a nationally recognized provider of education specifically designed for adjusters, public adjusters, attorneys and others in the first party property insurance claims community.”   They are also closely associated with the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (“NAPIA”).

The conference will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and will consist of three days of education sessions.  Public Adjusters and Attorneys can earn up to fifteen (15) credits for continuing education (CE) or continuing legal education (CLE), respectively.  Credits can be earned in the following states:  California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Georgia, Massachusetts, Montanan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.  Pretty much everywhere!

Throughout the conference, many different types of classes are being offered by attorneys, adjusters and experts. Our firm’s founder and President, Chip Merlin, will be presenting a lecture entitled: After the Catastrophe, What do I do next?   Several networking receptions are also planned.

Myself, along with several other attorneys at the Merlin Law Group will be in attendance and I urge you to sign up.  It’s a great opportunity to learn and to meet others in the industry.  If you need any additional information please visit: www.firstpartyclaims.com.

Hope to see you there!

As always, I’ll leave you with a (mildly) related tune.  Here’s Johnny Cash with I’ve Been Everywhere:
