Sean Shaw to Head Up Model Claim Transparency Bill

Sean Shaw was the former Insurance Consumer Advocate under Alex Sink. He knows a thing about legislation and politics--he is running for a seat in Florida's House of Representatives.

I promised a plan to make a law requiring insurance companies to make claims files transparent in my post Robert Hunter, Amy Bach, and Robin Westcott Call For Claim File Transparency. Being the senior member of Merlin Law Group has some perks. One of those is to appoint others to help make ideas reality.

So, step one of the plan is to welcome Sean Shaw's enthusiatic volunteer plea to help.

The insurance company lobbyists will be happy for the extra work we will generate for them.

While thinking about what you are going to do this weekend, here is something to ponder about making a bill into law:
