State Farm to setup shared electronic repository

The U.S. District Court in Gulfport has ordered that an electronic document repository be set up for pre-trial records in more than 200 lawsuits against State Farm Fire & Casualty Co.  According to Chip Merlin of the Merlin Law Group, "if we can put our professional jealousies aside, we should be able to help our clients by sharing information."
